The location is perfect for site seeing, dining, and shopping. We walked everywhere! The breakfast was very average and the room was nice but basic - not what we expected for the price we paid. The bathroom and shower were both good!"

"This property was in an excellent location for visiting the sights. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. No facilities for dining but there was a fridge in a room on our floor where they provided milk and you could store snacks. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Room was good size, nice bathroom and very clean. Would recommend as a good base for exploring Rome."

"Beautiful hotel and a great walking location to the colosseum. Communication with the hosts was clear and friendly. Nice touch having a basket of breakfast stuff and mini fridge in room which is refreshed each day, alongside the self service breakfast & coffee.Which allows for more flexibility "

"Finding the entrance is a bit tricky and the check in was a little difficult partly due to the language barrier and complete lack of signage but I was also a little weary from travelling and leery of the entrance and "reception area" but once I settled in to Room 4 (which I would ask for) it was a great base for our stay in Rome. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked well. Walking distance from Termini Station and you can walk to Piazza Spagna, Forum,...

The prettiest room and came with ear plugs (it’s noisy in Florence anywhere you stay!!) but noise wasn’t bad I only used them once… I can’t emphasize enough how great this place is, it’s like staying in an Italian family home ❤️❤️❤️"
