"Arrived to Rome airport to find that the host had cancelled our stay while we were on the flight, 3 hours prior to us checking in, leaving us stressed and with nowhere to stay. New accommodation had to be found at our expense as refund not processed for several days. The Host then ignored my reply. Very poor. Would not recommend "

"My husband and I stayed for almost a month and just returned yesterday. Nicola was most gracious and helpful and the little apt had everything we needed. Just a minor point to make---Other than the kitchen table and a single chair by a lamp, there is no sitting area but the 2 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Over all, we were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely rebook in the future. Grazie, Nicola!"

"This is a gem of a VRBO! On the top of the building private courtyard and space has 360 degrees view of Rome. With easy access to all the sights and places to visit this makes for an ideal location.
