"The hotel had a lovely view of the volcano and the mountains, but it was quite a long walk away from high street down a steep hill. It wasn’t a problem to do the walk a couple of times, but definitely not every day. "Lovely hotel with friendly staff in a central location (right by Plaza de Espana), nice rooftop pool (with good views of the city) and a great rooftop bar, serving restaurant food in a nice relaxed setting. "Great hotel right in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz, my room had a sea view & balcony overlooking the lido which was nice. I lost my mobile in a taxi and the reception staff (who are very friendly!) phoned the local taxi company and got it back for me which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own as the taxi company only speaks Spanish so I am very grateful for this. Would recommend this hotel."
