"Absolutely horrible stay, disgusting stay & even worse service. Should have know this was going to be a disastrous stay the night before, the property manager emailed stating there was a plumbing issue with the upstairs bathroom but was hopefully getting fixed. At this point I should have said we were cancelling & to refund us! We checked in & there was sewage smell which the plumbers came to try & fix but the smell was there throughout our stay. "The villa had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was good, kitchen had all you would need. Jacuzzi was super, although there is a time limit of 2pm-10pm. We did not use the plunge pool, as it was to cool. The villia is situated just minutes from TF5 - which gives you easy access to the rest of the island. "This was a delight of a find. The villa was a great size and very well equipped and maintained. Lovely gardens and the hot tub was just what we wanted. Short walk to two amazing restaurants and a short drive to many more. La Orotava was a delight we would definitely recommend not only the villa but the whole area.
