"Have been going to Ona El Marques for a number of years now. Lovely complex and have recently had some refurbishments such as new restaurant and reception area. Gives the complex a much fresher and modern look. The apartments are nice but are in need up some updating,especially the bathrooms, would be nice to have walk in shower. However we thoroughly enjoy our stay each year. "

"I would reccomend this hotel and I would stay here again. We travelled as a couple with a 16 month old baby and the room was very comfortable and balanced having everything we needed for our baby as well as being a nice place to relax. We used the pool and our baby enjoyed using it as well. The staff are very friendly and helped with any questions we had. "This was our second stay and our expectations from last year were met once again. The staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile. The hotel is so clean, feels so safe and inviting and the option of an apartment to ensure a proper bed each for our family of four (not pull outs) was a game chnager for our teenage children. "We stayed for 5 nights in early April and overall we enjoyed it a lot. The facilities were in great condition and we were even offered an upgrade to a 2-bed, which we appreciated a lot. The apartment was clean, spacious and smelt great, the beds were very comfordable. A couple of lamps didn't work and the AC controller in the bedroom detached from its sticker a couple times but these were minor issues.
