"Our stay was lovely- until the end. As we were loading our car to leave someone stole my ski poles from the lobby inside. Furthermore- none of the employees seemed to care! They acted like it was no big deal! The poles were with another set of poles as well as a few pieces of luggage. My husband was loading the car so they were only inside the lobby for a few minutes- a terrible end to our stay..."

"Overall great experience at Elkhorn Lodge. Our room was very clean. Had kitchen and laundry in unit. Beaver Creek village connect is great and convenient for getting around Beaver Creek. Definitely recommend!"

The Avon is a great stay everything is soooo convenient and in walking distance. The villa is well kept and spacious with wonderful views. Check out should be later!! All in all 5 stars!! "Rental management is disorganized and confusing. The property has multiple rental management groups which are not connected and do not communicate with each other. Front desk staff is not helpful at all and after 5pm has no authority to help customers with accommodation requests or issues… prices are extremely high for the poor service provided by the staff "
