Excellent location, great ski and car valet services, and very friendly staff. Hallways are not always clean, if you happen to stay in any of the rooms overlooking the car valet drop off area prepare to wake up as early as 5 am since staff tends to start to be very loud around that time. Overpriced breakfast, and significant additional fees (valet for parking and resort fee) not disclosed around the time of booking.

Customer service was top notch. From the Vallet to the Front Desk and the housekeeping. We arrived to early to check in and the Vallet offered to hold our luggage in a safe spot till it was time to check in. Which allowed us to explore the Village a little. That was nice. The front desk attendants were so welcoming and friendly. There was hot chocolate and hot cider with cookies in the lobby which was amazing after coming in from the cold. The heated pool felt great and looked magical at night. Our room had a balcony and was so clean and comfortable. Definitely will return.

We were given a small room although we payed for luxury. The room was at the very end of the hallway with > 20 stairs to climb. Difficult for luggage. Water in one of two sinks in the room did not work and no repair was done after reporting. After hours the outside access to the room with the room key is not available; however we were not told that and therefore, unfortunately, we locked ourselves out. Breakfast buffet had very limited availability of food, despite paying 38$ per person for breakfast. One of the kitchen managers was quite sarcastic and unfriendly when asked why there is so unusually poor buffet supply. The valet car service had us 30 min to wait before picking us up from skiing area. Unfriendly concierge when asking why such a delay. Everything was exactly how we imagined. Staff was amazing .. Tavlyn was great helping with all our activities and transportation to and from places. The restaurants on site were delish. Location was perfect as well. Walking distance to everything.

The Lodge At Vail is in a great location for use of the mountain and access to the slopes. The staff there was wonderful and the spa is fantastic. The facilities are a little dated and they were malfunctions with heat and lighting that they tried to fix and did compensate us for but Are probably related to the age of the facility.

The staff here is incredibly kind. They have a ski valet that is at the base of gondola one making it easy to come and go. Walkable to everything in Vail Village.

Excellent location for skiing and town. Staff was great and very friendly and fast. Rooms need a refresh as fairly dated. Was not a big issue for me although others may be somewhat disappointed. Always enjoy staying there.
