"This is one of the best experiences I had. I enjoyed the authentic Japanese hospitality. I was greeted and escorted to the lobby. The staff led me to my room showing me all the facilities. The room is spacious and impeccably clean. The area is serene, and the Beppu Park is right next to the Hotel, which I enjoyed in a morning walk."

"The view from the room was very nice, the room itself was very clean and quiet so I was able to have a peaceful and relaxing stay, though it would have been nice if it were a little more well lit, but overall very satisfactory. "I enjoyed staying here, but there are some things that can be improved. The air filter in the bathroom had not been cleared in a really long time, if ever. No one has dusted behind the TV in quite some time. I stayed for two weeks, but was only given 1 role of toilet paper and a meager amount of dish soap. The lighting outside is very dim and I was worried about slipping when come back in the evening when it had rained. It would also be helpful to have instructions in English for the appliances....
