"There are many different choices of onsens in the ryokan. The staff are excellent as well, their english proficiency is one of the best I’ve seen as well. Although there were some incidents at the start when we check in, the staffs are very efficient at dealing with it. Overall I’ll recommend anyone who visits Kurokawa onsen to give this ryokan a try"

"I enjoyed staying here, but there are some things that can be improved. The air filter in the bathroom had not been cleared in a really long time, if ever. No one has dusted behind the TV in quite some time. I stayed for two weeks, but was only given 1 role of toilet paper and a meager amount of dish soap.
