"清潔で広く、静かで過ごしやすかったです。コンビニや駅から近く、便利でした。宿泊前の案内も丁寧でわかりやすかったです。宿泊者の確認が2回目があったのが、何故なのかよくわからなかったです。駐車場の入口が段差があり、少し怖かったのですが、2台目の駐車場があったので助かりました。"

"困った時にお電話をさせていただいたのですが、すぐに対応してくださり、丁寧に優しく教えていただいて本当に助かりました。 子ども達も部屋の露天風呂を気に入り、喜んでいました。 お部屋も綺麗でとても居心地がよくみんなぐっすり眠る事ができました。 夜の暗い時間にチェックインだっため、部屋を間違えてしまったり、 チェックインのやり方もどうしていいか分からず焦ってしまいました。 当日にメールが届いていたのですが、観光中で気づかなかったので、前日でもいいので、部屋の暗証番号のお知らせ以外はやり方をメールで送っていただけたら良かったなと思いました。 目の前にコインランドリーもあり、旅行から帰ってからの洗濯を済ますことができて大変助かりました。 あと、パーキングがどこにあるかわからず、何度も回って探したので、駐車場があればもっと良かったです！！ 子ども達も、「また泊まりたい！」と喜んでいたので、また利用させていただきたいです！"

"I enjoyed staying here, but there are some things that can be improved. The air filter in the bathroom had not been cleared in a really long time, if ever. No one has dusted behind the TV in quite some time. I stayed for two weeks, but was only given 1 role of toilet paper and a meager amount of dish soap. The lighting outside is very dim and I was worried about slipping when come back in the evening when it had rained. It would also be helpful to have instructions in English for the appliances....
