"I loved staying at this hostel, as it had an awesome vibe. The hostel and town were like something out of Totoro. It is a nice quaint area and the hostel embodies this. The staff and owner bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. It was during the world cup, so they put all the games up on a projector. "It was a nice trip! The room is clean and enough wide."

"This is the cleanest and most modern hostel in Beppu. I have stayed twice this month and will stay again in early April with about five friends. I like the location and cleanliness, but as important is the kitchen and dining room. The room is big enough to easily fit 30 people. This makes is perfect for groups because we have a place to meet and talk besides the dorm bedrooms. It is less than 5 minutes from the train station, a market, a grocery store and many restaurants."
