"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. While the staff were okay, the cleanliness of the place was appalling. The room was far below standard—it smelled strongly of cigarettes despite requesting a non-smoking room. The duvet covers were ripped, bed had cigarette burnt mark, and the bed sheets were visibly dirty, which was unacceptable. The entire place is in desperate need of renovation.
