"We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at solving the problem. We were in the new Marlin rooms. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. There were a few noisy neighbours and we could hear banging and stomping, but in general it was quiet enough. Very conveniently located next to the train station and malls for shopping. The Disney bus was easy and convenient. My family especially loved the free toiletries room and the welcome lounge every evening with drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again."

"Location was perfect. We walked around Tsukiji market with our guide. It was not a minute away but a little less than 10 min. Very tiny room but the twin beds were a very nice size for my 6’8, 300lb husband. He loved the bed despite the fact that we slept on separate beds. Bathroom was so spacious and clean. Would stay there again! "

"We had absolutely stunning views of Tokyo from our room. The room was elegant and clean. You have to take an elevator up to get to the lobby of the hotel. Finding that the first time was a bit tricky but it was worth it!"

"This is the first time, that my wife and I have stayed in this hotel. The hotel's location is great, only 3 stations by train to Tokyo, and the train station is only a few minutes away on foot. The onsen is really good, and relaxing to have. One of the best part of our stay was the excellent service provided by your wonderful staff. Many oyf them were non-Japanese, but yet display the quintessential unique way of Japanese hospitality. They should be strongly praised for their great work. Of course their manager should also be highly priased for training the staff so well. We hope to return to the hotel very soon. Thank you."
