"Excellent, quiet location in the heart of Santa Ana. The communal green space and trees whispering in the breeze makes it idyllic. Easy walking distance to a good supermarket. Good security. I really enjoyed my stay here, and would definitely come back. Lisbeth is an attentive host, helps with recommendations and is quick if there is an issue. As I lay in bed, windows wide open, enjoying the wind in the tree-tops it was hard to believe I was so central."

"This property needs to be renovated. It’s poorly managed. The furniture is old, the appliances are dated and were not properly cleaned, and the beds were uncomfortable. The pool area was nice but you’ll have to climb a million stairs to get to the pool. Not feasible to do in a daily basis. Lost power several times. There were bugs in the unit. The area is convenient, there’s alot w/in the area that’s w/in walking distance. And there are a lot of great restaurants w/in a 15min commute by...
