"We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at solving the problem. We were in the new Marlin rooms. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. There were a few noisy neighbours and we could hear banging and stomping, but in general it was quiet enough. Very conveniently located next to the train station and malls for shopping. The Disney bus was easy and convenient. My family especially loved the free toiletries room and the welcome lounge every evening with drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is the first time, that my wife and I have stayed in this hotel. The hotel's location is great, only 3 stations by train to Tokyo, and the train station is only a few minutes away on foot. The onsen is really good, and relaxing to have. One of the best part of our stay was the excellent service provided by your wonderful staff. Many oyf them were non-Japanese, but yet display the quintessential unique way of Japanese hospitality. They should be strongly praised for their great work. Of course their manager should also be highly priased for training the staff so well. We hope to return to the hotel very soon. Thank you."

"Highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Tokyo! Conveniently placed between 3 major train stations, getting to all the major parts of the city was a breeze. With it being outside of the dense city, the rooms are larger and the property is serene and well furnished. It’s the perfect stay as long as you don’t mind 20 min train rides to your destination! "

"The Sheraton had lots of great amenities. Across the street from the monorail which was less than $2 to direct to Disney Sea and Disneyland. The hotel was nice but the carpet was worn in some areas. "

"We stayed here for one night after our Disney trip. We loved the ability to leave our luggage at the Disney Welcome Center and have it transported to the hotel. There's also a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes to Maihama station, and one that runs to the parks. I loved the nautical theming of the room, and the view of Fantasy Springs was lovely. The Starlight night light was my favourite feature. We didn't realise we had breakfast included! It was a great breakfast with so many options and lots of seating."
