"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

When we first arrived we verified the bed linens were soiled from the previous occupant. There is no mattress on the bed just a severely worn mattress pad. "The description of the accommodation is inaccurate and misleading. There is no kitchen within the accommodation itself, there is a shared kitchen. The furniture was of very poor quality, especially the mattress which was also stained. The shower drain was blocked. There was nowhere to store clothes other than four hangers.
