There are also friendly local customers that use the bar as their local pub, which was refreshing to see. In additions, William is preparing his kitchen to start serving hot food. "Our second stay at the Mug House. Location is fabulous right next to the river Severn. The in house restaurant is very good and there is also a pizza oven located in the beer garden for a less formal dining experience. Rooms are quaint rather than luxurious with period features, oak beams and fireplaces. Bed was very comfortable. We will no doubt be staying there again in the future."

Room was large without being too big and with windows front and back plenty of natural light. Heating was just right with an additional portable heater if needed, but didn't need it.
