"The beds are hard, which I love by my husband struggled. It was an odd experience as I was told to go to Vallet to ask about parking and she gave me a whole speech but two men were talking so loudly beside me, I didn’t grasp everything so I said I’m sorry I missed that and her response was “do you have trouble listening.” I was so taken back, it was said very rudely, and I didn’t know how to react. It was ridiculous I had to wait 7 minutes for someone to show up to this desk to be told just...

"It's a good option for solo traveler on a budget, I just wish the beds were a little bigger and longer. I'm about 6'1" and the bed was on the small side. Besides the bed, basic amenities were nice. Had access to a shower, and even some computers in the shared spaced. The library and pub on the main floor was nice, felt very much like being in college. This place would be great if it weren't a hostel and offered some greater privacy for guests. "

"The staff here are so kind and helpful; they seem to genuinely enjoy meeting new people each day. Rooms were had fun, funky decorations and all the basics easily at hand. Our mattress was pretty hard; we spent a lot of time tossing and turning. That was really the only downside. Handy to shopping and walkable activities."
