"Great hotel, walk to Universal easy. However the things I didn't like... - price of parking $50 for one night. just wrap that cost into the room rate, and say you have free parking...people would be happier. - Starbucks coffee in lobby hours stink, not open half the time. - have to pay for Wifi...again, wrap that into the room rate. - the lobby area didn't feel "loungey" enough and the bar felt lame. They need to lively it up a bit."

"This was a great place to stay for going to universal studios. Kudos to the transportation driver who shared how to walk to universal….
