"The room is quite big. We were a party of 4, so the room had 2 beds and 2 Japanese futons, which were all very comfortable. We went to the hot tub, which was located on the same floor as our room. The communal area was quite clean. Our package includes dinner and breakfast. Both were delicious. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. "

"The property is in such an excellent condition. Conveniently located as well, as it is a short walk to Lawson, and also to Lake Kawaguchiko. There are some restaurants around and within walking distance too. Each room comes with it's own onsen, and so convenient. The only downside is the lack of view from the rooms. But the service is impeccable. "

"The location of the hotel is a few minutes away from the lake and the bus stop. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. He took us to a few spots to see MT Fuji when he knew we have no car. "We really enjoyed our two night stay at this unique and comfortable ryokan. Our hosts are lovely people - all very kind and helpful. The onsen was a very pleasant surprise-I enjoyed the spa experience very much. Our room was large with a separate seating area to relax and look out at the mountain view. We also sat outside on our own deck. We had a quiet and comfortable sleep and we kept the small windows open at night to breathe the fresh mountain air. The area was only a five minute walk away...
