"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"Really nice place, big could fit 4/6 people easy. There was only two of us so we had lots of space. Location was decent. About 15/20min nice walk from mt fuji station. You get your own private indoor hot tube,you have to fill it yourselves,theres a hob fridge and microwave. Also really nice views of Mt fuji. We would stay here again "

"Very big villa room with beautiful Mt Fuji views from living room & bedroom. A huge luggage & closet room separated from bedrooms. Staff were all very nice & friendly & there’s an english speaking Lady staff, who recommended us to join the Summer Festival with beautiful fireworks near hotel. She helped us with a lot of our enquiries & assisted us with a nice house tour & introduction of nearby areas. "Very spacious room. Hotel is clean and well kept. BONUS, you have a view of Mt. Fuji from your Balcony. The shops around the area are pricy but a 5 min walk will get you to the more affordable shops. Its close to the train station, I suggest using the overpass as it connects to everything. Tachikawa is underrated location, Its location is central to Tokyo and Day trip areas. "

Great, easy, comfortable stay

"I had accidentally booked the reservation under only myself, when in actuality, I was staying with my two kids and husband as well. The Receptionist handled it very well (despite the language barrier) and she made sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, very walkable and the view is beautiful. Beds were really comfortable. Nothing bad to say! "

Stunning Mt. Fuji Views with Exceptional Service

"Here’s a review you can use: I had an incredible stay at Mt. Fuji View Hotel! The room’s view of Mt. Fuji was absolutely breathtaking – a sight that I won’t forget. The hotel staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The coin laundry was convenient for longer stays, and the onsen was a perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. "Wonderful location and service. Beautiful grounds. Excellent range at breakfast though many large groups. Excellent wine bar that we paid for as part of the booking. Self help to over 30 types of Japanese wine and premium snacks. Plus wonderful onsen in the room. Would stay again"
