"We had a lovely stay at Adiwana Bisma. Room was serviced twice a day, always spot on. I chose this resort due to its proximity to the city centre while getting a view over the jungle from the pool. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Free mini bar and bottled water were so nice touch as well. Complimentary breakfast served anytime you wanted and complimentary afternoon tea every day is another plus compared to other resorts on Jalan Bisma. Breakfast was tasty and coffee was great, too. "

"Recommended. It’s not quite as picturesque as in the photos but I was very comfortable. I had a pool access room which I loved - could get in pool directly from my balcony. 2 nice pools. Clean. Food okay. Breakfast good. Right in the centre of Ubud but still quiet and restful. Walkable to so many nice restaurants and bars. Staff great. "

"This is my third time at Goya - I love it so much. It’s serene, quiet and beautiful. The staff here are SO lovely, from reception, to restaurant, groundskeepers and housekeeping. It’s such a nice retreat and I am so relaxed when here. The hotel was so kind to give me a parting gift for staying here three times - so unexpected and a lovely touch. The breakfast continues to be top notch from the service to the food. I was so happy to see the additional pool constructed from my last visit. I will definitely be back!"

"Even though it was quite a walk to get to our room, it was very beautiful inside and out. We had a nice view from our balcony. The location is perfect and as soon as you leave the front lobby you are on street with tons of little shops and places to eat. The breakfast was good and they had pork bacon. The staff was very kind and also upon checkout they notified me that I left one of my diamond earrings in the room and they quickly brought it to me before I left, which was such a relief. We really enjoyed our stay at Alaya. "
