"The staff could not be nicer, friendlier or more lovely. They remember our names and greeted us at every occasion which was so nice. Very good customer service, always attentive and very responsive on WhatsApp. An extra touch was that we received a wonderful complimentary 10 minute shoulder massage after arriving. The villa was beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. Could not recommend more. Location was great too, central but on a side road away from the business and a sunset spot. Would definitely stay again and cannot praise the staff more "

"Cet hotel est un oasis dans la ville. Une fois entrées dans l'établissement, le calme nous a entouré alors que la rue est animée ! La forêt des singes, le palais royal ainsi que le marché sont accessibles à pieds. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres. Le personnel est au petit soin, comme partout d'ailleurs !! Je retournerai certainement dans cet hotel lors de mon prochain séjour à Bali."
