"The front desk clerk at our check in was so amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure our room was beyond standard and even added extra towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and lotion to ensure there was enough for my husband, my self, and my ESA baby. The morning clerks are always helpful and made sure the breakfast was at the proper serving temperature and even cooked my waffle for me as I was having trouble with the waffle maker.
