" Very welcoming, polite staff. Room was clean and neat, we were alocated an accessible room which we did not need, the shower gel was under the shower head which could not be moved so the gel was washed away before you could get your hand away. How someone with mobility issues manages I don't know!. The heater in the room beside the bed banged and popped all night so we had hardly any sleep the first night till it was fixed. Staff are friendly and helpful. You aren’t paying for ambience though, as it is rather functional. If arriving on foot, note that it is a steep climb from the bus station. "

"The room was a bit small but adequate. Downside there were quite a few stairs but no lift. Will definitely go again but will stay on a lower floor. The staff were fantastic , friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Cooked breakfast was one of the best ive ever had. Loads of food , good choices. Hotel situated in ideal place , near the pier and everything within easy walking distance. Beautiful view over the bay with sea view room. Will definitely return to this hotel "
