"The room was a bit small but adequate. Downside there were quite a few stairs but no lift. Will definitely go again but will stay on a lower floor. The staff were fantastic , friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Cooked breakfast was one of the best ive ever had. Loads of food , good choices. Hotel situated in ideal place , near the pier and everything within easy walking distance. Beautiful view over the bay with sea view room. Will definitely return to this hotel "

"Great stay at a great price. Excellent value for money and very close to pier etc. The breakfast was fabulous and filled us up for each day of exploring. Staff are polite and friendly. Without exception, they were brilliant with my five year old granddaughter. The rooms do need an upgrade but they were very clean, lovely and warm with tea making facilities. Amazing value for money! "

"Friendly welcome and an easy check in. I was visiting to attend the Welsh Open Snooker so didn't spend much time in the hotel. My single room was cheap in price but well set up and very clean. Great bed and shower. Nice range of courtesy drinks in the room. I didn't buy breakfast so I cannot comment on food or bar service. I will stay here again"

"We visited the hotel for a 3 night stay to incorporate The Welsh Open Snooker tournament as a birthday gift for my husband. The owner is lovely and couldnt do enough for you. The room was decorated as it was valentine's evening when we arrived, it was super nice and a huge suprise to have fresh rose petals and two romantic balloons on the bed. We were thrilled with the extra touches they go to to make your stay special. Breakfast had so much choice, fresh fruit salad was lovely, along with the perfectly cooked full english breakfast to start your day. We had a marvellous 3 days and will definitely be returning to such a wonderful hosted and decorated hotel. Thank you."
