"Generally good stay. Only two problems that should be noted. 1.)The gas tank in the golf cart was less than half full. We filled it for you though at the end of the trip. 2.) The main key for the front door of the accommodation does not work. The back up key works fine though."

"Stayed with some friends over the weekend and had a great time. Very spacious, somewhat older house but still very beautiful and homey. Easy check in and easy to use the golf cart and everything else. Our only complaint was it does get warm even mid september with no AC. They provided fans which was great but something to think about if staying in summer months. Besides that it was a great stay! "

"This place has a great view. There are some stairs to get to it so if you have heavy luggage you will need to carry it up. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The balcony is fantastic to enjoy the view of the city. "

"This home has an amazing view of Avalon. We sat outside anytime we could to take advantage of its location. The house has everything one could need, including air conditioning and the convenience of being able to use a 6-seater golf cart! If you opt not to use the golf cart and want some exercise, there is a fairly lengthy and yet conveniently located staircase nearby that drops you right into Avalon very quickly. "The location of the property is amazing. The views were great. I did feel I overpaid for the stay as the house was outdated and it had a old smell like the carpet hasn't been washed in a long time. The TVs in the house were ridiculous and don't function at all. The plumbing should be updated as well as the sink in the master bedroom did not work. Overall the location was amazing but that is all you are paying for. The house needs to be updated and cleaned properly."
