"We loved our stay at Catalina Canyon Inn. It's up the hill from the noise and hustle and bustle in a quiet area near nature. Room are not big, but clean and with balconies/terraces. Front staff was lovely. The all day running hotel shuttle to and from town/pier was convenient and super friendly. Highly recommend!"

"I had a great stay at this hotel! All of the staff were so nice and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I also appreciated the little extras like the coffee and snack area — such a nice touch! Another helpful feature was the luggage storage room, which I was able to use after checking out. It made exploring the area so much easier before my departure. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"My husband and I had a really great time at this property! It was just close enough to all the shops and restaurants to get there within minutes on the golf cart transportation but up in the hill far away enough to feel like a private getaway! We stayed in a King Oceanview room and it was one of the biggest rooms I had ever stayed in for a beach or port city hotel! This was our first time on Catalina Island, and in Avalon city and staying here made us want come back ASAP! Lucy, the manager and the rest of the staff was very attentive, kind, and responsive! We will definitely be returning, hopefully sooner than later!"
