"Came out to the island for the 50k ultra marathon. picked this hotel because quite frankly it was all that was left race weekend and a little more than i wanted to spend. that said, the room was super clean, the free breakfast was excellent,and the room had everything i needed including bath robes and slippers. also extremely quite. apparently downtown this was a real issue because the first race started at 4 and 5 am at the center of town. also friends who stayed downtown said they could hear people in the next room. my daughter and i were in the penthouse and did not hear a thing. the only downside was not hot tub and no bath tub which i would have like after doing a 50k. also the hotel us on a hill so you either have to walk or get a golf cart ride. this was never an issue. we were able to get rides when ever we needed them. staff was on the young side but professional and friendly. "
