"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. Was told that with Easter locksmith not available. Hopefully will be fixed for the next guest. Relatively quiet at night which is better for getting a good night sleep and still just a short...

"Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! I would recommend it to everyone and stay here again!"

"My husband and I stayed in Zermatt for 3 nights, together with another couple. The location of the apartment is wonderful and we could see the Matterhorn from our balcony/living room window every day. All the main parts of the village were easily reached on foot (bakery, shopping, gondolas, trains, grocery store). The apartment could use some updates - everything is definitely a bit dated, but we were comfortable and the place was stocked with all the necessities."

"I have to say that I expected this place not to be as nice, the pictures didn't look that good but we booked it because we just wanted a place to sleep with a kitchen for a short stay in Zermatt. As soon as we walked in we got a great feeling to be staying there, the bathroom was very spacious and there was a lot of room for my family of 4 to spread out.
