"Lovely Boutique hotel in the centre of Cuenca. Within walking distance off many lovely sightseeing spots. Service was great and staff was so friendly. "Everything was perfectly fine. The staff didn't speak English, as is common in Ecuador, but using Google Translate worked fine. The property is just around the corner from the Planetario, which was worth the quick trip. It is within a 15-minute walk from the Cathedral. I craved junk food while I was there, and McDonald's is a block away. Good salads. The receptionist told me my room was small and offered another, but it was on the ground floor, so - no stairway. "Hotel staff were amazing. Very helpful. From the front desk to the restaurant staff! All lovely! The hotel itself is a gem! Small, quiet, beautiful. The rooms were very clean, the bed was heaven! We had complimentary breakfast and it was delicious. The restaurant is a rooftop with a gorgeous view!!! The hotel is walkable to all the touristic areas. It is not in the middle of the crowded areas which I appreciated very much. The only thing to keep in mind is that they have no parking insite....
