"I did find a little difficult to find the check in area. You have to drive around the backside of the property and there was no valet parking or even a HRC representative outside to welcome myself or other guests. This situation made it difficult to understand if I was in the correct location. That being said, after check in, we had an amazing time and highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit. "

"The hotel was nice, our room was clean and the staff was great but the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay, we had issues with our TV not working and the ice maker on our floor was broken. The location was also great with lots of good restaurants near by. "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The casino was entertaining. We were able just to sit and listen to live music. Only suggestion is maybe get a better filtration system for the smoke in casino. It hits you when you walk in."
