"The place is charming - so much better than staying at a chain hotel. We were on the 2nd floor and the steps were a bit steep (but, we are in our late 70’s!), but the room was wonderful with coffee, tea and snacks. My only complaint is that there is a lot of light pollution and I couldn’t seem to get the drapes closed. Other than that — I’d highly recommend this place."

"This property worked well for our group, a couple and two singles: three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We spent a lot of time on the expansive patio area. There was a wide variety of birds visiting during our stay. The kitchen was well equiped, the living space was generous, and the beds were comfortable. Very convenient to Tubac village and the freeway. Would stay again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lavender House. The inside was immaculate. The garden area is both functional and nicely decorated. We especially appreciated the pool and hot tub. Walking in the neighborhood was delightful. Everyone was friendly and waived. We felt right at home."
