"service was excellent and good accommodations for the price. the breakfast was underwhelming, consisting of prepackaged foods to be heated in the lone microwave. if there's more than a few people, expect to take your food back to your room. overall pretty clean but slightly dated. "

"All over is good, but you have to pay for every single step. If you want to seat at fire pit, you should book it and pay a lot of money. All fire pits were reserved, but for 3 days i didn't see and single person seating there. "

"I always try to stay here when I come up for work. Really nice, clean facilities and the prices are always lower than I’d expect. Close to ski resorts and downtown truckee. "

"Enjoyed our stay here for a large family gathering. The space was perfect for multiple families. The open space out back allowed us to just walk out to play in the snow. The house was clean and had enough basic supplies for the stay. One of the shower doors was broken and some kitchen cabinet hinges was broken, but both did not disrupt the stay or use of the space much. Just note: check out requires trash removal, cleaning of all dishes and towels. We would definitely book again for future...

"The house overall was exactly as the pictures, everything clean and working, we had a really easy check in - check out process and we had great family time in the cabin."

"Fantastic location, within walking distance of everything downtown. Decent sized and clean room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is also nice, though the soap for the sink was very watery. Convenient parking behind the hotel. Free snacks available all day. The train runs through downtown and blows its horn even at night. To counter that, there are white noise machines in the rooms and the office offers free earplugs."

"Only now, with the email to leave the review, I learned that I had vip benefits. there wasn't any communication about vip benefits to me. the checkout time was 10am and when I asked if this can be extended they told me that 10:30 is maximum doesn't feel like vip benefits at all. this comment is purely about vip benefits s. the place I self is amazing."
