"When I arrived there was no key for my room. I had to call the manager who came to reception. She was sure I hadn't booked in even after I showed her my booking confirmation. She was under the impression I had made a mistake. At some point she must have found my booking email because she eventually gave me my key but I received no apologies for the mix up or inconvenience."

"The location is steps away the beach. The communication with the hotel was excellent. Our family of four enjoyed our five-day stay. There is no elevators for travelers to transport luggage, therefore you will have some stairs to climb if stay in one of the upper units."

"We stayed in a cabin which was very comfortable. The complex seems to be mainly geared to kids as there's plenty to keep them entertained. The pools were great although there could have been a few more chairs. Happy hour every afternoon, good choice of food. We will stay there again, next time we go to Cairns."
