"We were really disappointed that the pool bar etc was not open on xmas day - this was not mentioned at the time of booking, as well as we wanted to book in for the xmas day lunch but were advised a day or 2 beforehand that it was fully booked out....only offering pizzas on xmas day was really poor form. We ended up having to go to another resort for xmas day dinner and spend our money there."

"A great location - some furnishings and parts of the room were worn and could do with a spruce up. Lovely staff. Great restaurants nearby, and Palm Cove is gorgeous. "
