"The hotel is a bit dated, but clean, well-maintained and a good value. It’s a short walk to the train station where there are frequent trains to take you the 20 minutes or so to Koeln Hbf. Staff were helpful, even letting us check in a couple hours early. The breakfast is okay for the price but I recommend getting there early- we got down there with about half an hour left and many items were unavailable or limited. "

The hotel is a short walk away from several restaurants and the train station, making it easy to pop in and out as necessary. "It is a nice place to stay, the check in instructions were really good and helpful. I had struggled with some things. 1st the bathroom door was not closing which was extremely annoying. 2nd the low light at the bathroom prevented me from being able to brush my hair nor being able to check my clothes.. It was also annoying 3rd the shower on the tub is not working. I guess if the toilet is not okay, it messes up your whole stay "
