"The hotel is a bit dated, but clean, well-maintained and a good value. It’s a short walk to the train station where there are frequent trains to take you the 20 minutes or so to Koeln Hbf. Staff were helpful, even letting us check in a couple hours early. The breakfast is okay for the price but I recommend getting there early- we got down there with about half an hour left and many items were unavailable or limited. "

"Was booked for 4 nights. Resturaunt shut mon open tues and wed. Shut thurs no reason given. Thin quilt in room. Curtains did not fit and i was on street level so in dark people could look in from street. Room not cleaned bin emptied or towels changed during entire stay. Was not cheap to stay there either. I am well traveled and stay away 4 nights a week with work and this was not good."

Initially it Was a bit difficult to find the Apple Maps location brings you to the other side of the road and the signage for the hotel is tiny. The outside of the building doesn’t appear like a usual hotel but once inside it’s great, the parking is open to the public and outdoor if you’re precious about your car as my husband is! But there were no issues. "
