"We liked that the rooms were large and had 2 double beds instead of single beds. The hair dryer was even in the bathroom. They provide shuttle service to/from airport, Vatican, Coliseum, Trastevere for a reasonable price. We used taxi service for other areas. Had nice bar and restaurant and great breakfast buffet. Best of all, they had a nice area for smoking which we appreciated greatly. They have a beautiful spa area but the one downfall for me was the low temperature on the jacuzzi. 30c they said but it felt like pool water to me. I only used once in the 5 days we were there. The steam room was awesome and just right temp. I highly recommend this property."

The hotel’s recommended car service made transportation to and from the airport seamless and stress-free. While not located in the heart of Rome, the hotel's proximity to Vatican City is walkable and its serenely quiet nights, even with patio doors open, created a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. My only minor criticism is the lack of early morning coffee, as it wasn’t available before 7 AM. Though there was a vending machine in the lobby, it was unfortunately out of order during our stay, and the nighttime staff wasn't as helpful as their daytime counterparts. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel. I hope you have the pleasure of meeting Umberto when you check in; his warmth undoubtedly enhances the experience. We will be back!"
