"Like many properties we stayed at, the bathroom was less than convenient. There was a towel rack, but towels could not be reached from the tub. There was nowhere to hang towels if you wanted to use them again. The grab bar was placed so that you had to enter the tub under the shower head. For guests over 70, this is less than optimal. "

Linens were clean, mattress firm, pillows were very flat. The bathtub was clean but had no drain plug for a bath. Could easily hear other room noise, but highway noise was very faint."

"Since this is a place whose name I didn't recognize, I was taking a chance. But the rate was good and the reviews were good, so I reserved a room. Overall it was a good experience. The biggest "dings" on the rating: the glass doors and windows as you enter the property were smudged and needed cleaning; the help at the desk was friendly but the two people I interacted with were dressed like they were going to be doing yard work instead of customer service; the door to some type of storage closet...
