"This is a very comfortable little condo. It has plenty of beds, enough for the 6 of us and still probably could accommodate a couple more people. It is extremely clean. Everything works as they should. The beds are very comfortable. We especially appreciated the provided coffee and coffee maker. This gets extra credit in our books. We did not have to contact the host for anything. The only minor comment we'd like to make is that the stay is in Costa Mesa, so it's an 18-minute drive from...

"Great property in a perfect location. The sunsets from the balcony are unreal and we saw dolphins swimming by daily. Comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 children with a high chair and cot provided. The condo is a little dated and could do with a refesh of the bathrooms in particular, but would definitely stay here again."

"A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. "
