"We stayed for 2 nights. The property is a bit old but the service was very good even tho the front office staff didn’t speak English well but at least he tried Abd we could still communicate with him. The dinners and breakfasts were very good and we were served by a Taiwanese guy working there. We could communicate with him in both English and Mandarin easily. "かなり久々の温泉旅館、うるさい3歳児がいたにも関わらず、大変快適に過ごすことができました！当初Hotels.comで予約した際詳細を見落としていて、うっかり「トイレ無し」のお部屋を予約していたのですが、旅館側でお気遣い頂き、トイレ付きの広めのお部屋に変えていてくださいました。連泊だったのと、おむつの幼児がいたのでこれには本当に助かりました。お部屋も広くて快適、レトロな雰囲気も大変寛げました。息子ははじめてのお布団に興奮していました(いつもベッド)。お料理も美味しく、また仲居さんなどスタッフの皆様のお心遣いが秀逸で、心ゆくまで「日本の旅館」を堪能できました。 立地も、各種外湯へも行きやすく、コンビニも近くてとても便利でした。泊まった本館の階段が急で、慣れないうちは幼児を抱っこしての登り下りはちょっと怖かったですが、それはそれでレトロ感を楽しめて良かったです笑。貸切風呂も内湯も最高でした…✨またぜひお伺いしたいです。"
