"Couldn’t have started our stay any better with a warm and detailed welcome from a real person who spoke good English. She was funny, warm and went out of her way to be helpful. Then we had a lovely introduction to our room with a lesson on how to wear a yukata and were made and served a pot of tea. It felt such a cultural welcome and the room was a very Japanese cultural room with futons, mats as low furniture. We were given free passes to all the onsens in town and had a lovely time visiting...
