Had a laundry but dryer needed about 4 goes to get dry. Better to go to laundromat. Beds uncomfortable. Could have been better stay "

It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "A very basic but clean & air-conditioned apartment right in the heart of Cagnes-sur-Mer, close to shops, restaurants, and bus stations. Beautiful beachs on Cagnes-sur-Mer. Our flat was on the first floor, an elevator and parking is available. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, stove, sink, plates, and cutlery. A clean but small swimming pool and paid washing machine is available for resident's use. Towels and bedding provided...

"Just back from a working week on the outskirts of Nice and L'App-Art was a great base to work from. We used Uber, Bus and Trolleybus, not sure how easy on-street parking would be if you have a hire car (check with the team at the hotel who were very helpful). Joe"
