"Convenient and clean."

"The property was very charming as was our hostess. The villa is on a hillside overlooking Nice with wonderful views and we sat on the terrace every evening to watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. There is a bus stop just outside the property to get down to the train station where you have easy access to trains, trams and buses that can get you anywhere you need to go (we didn't rent a car). The only caution is to watch the bus schedule...

We enjoyed the large deck with outdoor seating. Communication with Roxanne was perfect and she promptly answered any questions that we had and gave great recommendations. We would stay here again. "

"The apartment and the view were as advertised: gorgeous. I think renters should know that the apartment is high on a hill overlooking Menton, and that the ten minute walk into central Menton is all downhill. (And uphill on the way back.) At first we were concerned - mostly about coming back after dinner in the evenings - but we ended up talking a taxi then, and there is a quite good simple restaurant close to the apartment, which we enjoyed a lot. The host, Jennifer, is warm and very helpful....

"What a nice surprise it was to rent this apartment! We were a group of four and enjoyed having lunch and dinner in the apartment every day, especially since the weather was so-so. The dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were greatly appreciated. The kitchen is as well-equipped as one at home, and everything necessary for our stay was provided, allowing us to travel light. The location was fantastic, with everything accessible by foot. The region is amazing, and being situated between Italy...

"Apartment is in a great location but could be so much better if they updated. Second bathroom towel rail broken and put under basin, shower facet on last legs. All the furniture looks as though it has come from a cheap flea market. The crockery was old and stained. The blinds in the lounge and dining area are broken so light and noise comes into the apartment. With a bit more TLC this could be a great apartment "
