"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on...

"I had a 7 hr layover in Athens, booked Varaba, and was delighted with the sweet homey family atmosphere. No dinner but with a menu they ordered it in for me. Met a lovely Canadian family in the open eating courtyard. Felt so well taken care of, when I was exhausted."

"We had a great time. Lovely staff, great buffet breakfast. Shop nextdoor. Walking distance to marina, historical sites and loads of bars/restaurants within easy reach. Huge spacious room on 2 floors with 2 separate terraces & huge comfortable bed! Great air conditioning & big fridge. Great stay, would return. "

"It was ok. I arrived late and had sent the hotel a message about 4 hours before, but they didn’t get it. I called for the shuttle but nobody answered. I took a taxi for 20 euros, arrived at the hotel a little after midnight, and the lobby was dark and door locked. I booked this hotel because it said open 24/7, knowing I was coming in on a late flight. I knocked a lot and someone woke up on the couch in the lobby and let me in. He didn't even know I had a booking, which as I said I booked 4 hrs...

"My partner and I had a wonderful time in the grand suite. The jacuzzi on the balcony was amazing for the sunrise. We were lucky to have Rita and Tatiana to help us and they were both more than helpful in any advice or helping with requirements for what we needed. Would definitely stay there again. Regards Dan "

"Everything about Summer Time was perfect... The hosts were extremley helpful and pleasent. The location was 10min walking from main city (dining, shopping, breathtaking views), and 10min walk to main bus terminal. If I ever make my way back to Santorini, this is where I will go! "

"Really nice convenient hotel. Reception really nice and helpful. Room clean. Room left unlocked by cleaner one day which wasn’t great. Thankfully nothing stolen. The pool bar is seperate to the hotel so you are not allowed your own food and drinks at the pool which wasn’t advertised and quite frustrating. The man at the bar was also quite rude and slammed a sign down next to us saying no food or drink. "

"The hotel was modern, clean and tidy. The room was small but suitable for a 1 night stay. Staff on reception during check-in were not very friendly and charged me for the room, even though I had paid by using my saved vouchers. This was rectified later in the day by the manager. There was no secure place to leave luggage and we were told that we could just put our bags outside the gym. Not ideal and didn't want to leave our belongings in such a public area. "If you want to feel in the right place back in time this is the place for you. What a xosy and lovely pension. Mino the owner is the chef at the terrace where the food , service and piece and outstanding. WHAT A VIEW FROM THE TERRACE. It is a place to stay for a week. It is not fancy but it has what I need , very basic things. It has a little kitchenette. The only thing you need to consider is to bring your conditioner and shampoo."

"We stayed twice here, 2 nights in a basic apartment before our sailing trip and 1 night afterwards in a premium apartment. The location is great for the marina and I’d pay the extra for a premium apartment as the basic one is very basic! The premium apartment was much more tastily decorated, had better quality furniture and bed linen and a coffee machine! Both apartments were clean. "Transport brilliant literally outside metro station. Surrounding side streets a little dark & dodgy but nice little bars with locals drinking. Hotel staff so lovely and the buffet breakfast best I’ve ever had. Served on rooftop restaurant overlooking the acropolis!! Perfect !! "
