"It is smack right in the centre of everything - subway, bus stops, restaurants, shopping, tourist areas, entertainment district, Parque El Retiro, the Prado museum, etc.all within walking distance. Taxis can be flagged a few steps away from your room. Even Puerta de Atocha is closeby. The room is clean and I have a bonus of an en suite bathroom all to myself. Muy perfecto! "

"Fatal se hizo la reserva con anticipación, y al llegar al lugar nos comentan que no hay habitaciones, que nos van a reubicar, para lo que esperamos 2 horas más y únicamente nos dicen que nos harán un rembolso. Nos quedamos sin habitación y ya era las 8 de la noche, para lo que en ese momento nos tocó buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos. Ahora solo esperamos que nos devuelvan el dinero de la reserva, ojalá sea cierto. "
