"Frederique’s property is out of this world, myself and 10 friends stayed here and it was everything we wanted and more. The property itself has so much character with an incredible master bedroom and en suite with jacuzzi tub. The rest of the bedrooms were great, most had double beds and all had air con. "It's really nice and spacious apartment in central Madrid. Very close to shopping area (Gran Via) and also local Mercado San Anton. The entire stay was great, apartment is equipped with smart TV and full kitchen. Check in/out is also easy. The only downside and making this place earned 4 out of 5 stars only is the sofabed. It is probably old, and when you unfold the mattress, it sags or has a noticeable dent, making it uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on."

"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We discovered it the last day but the basement coffee corner is the best thing ever! Free coffee, fruits, cookies, milk, utensils (even includes chopsticks, a big plus). Also every morning they put a bag of water and dessert on your door handle. These services make the hotel next level! "
