Honestly, I think that is really important and helpful - that the owner was willing to communicate and help with guidance to access the unit. Which turned out to be very simple! We just had a miscommunication. The unit was spacious and very nice. And, for being located on a somewhat busy street, was also very quiet. Be sure to park in the driveway and not on the street!
