"Immaculately clean and well fit out. lovely comfy beds, full kitchen including a range of spices and all the equipment you could desire (except an ice tray). As new condition for everything. My 5 yr old loved playing in the backyard pirate ship and enjoyed the selection of games thoughtfully provided. Slight confusion about where to get the key and check out time, which I’m sure is just a teething issue. Otherwise faultless. Highly recommend "

"We loved staying here. We were 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had ots owm ensuite. The home was rxtremely clean and had a very well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots and pans, serving bowls, utensils) for preparing meals. We used the kayaks and loved it. Check in and check out wad a breeze. We would definitely stay here again! Fabulous and close to many great vineyards! Thank you hosts! "

"Families and Friends from Australia and New Zealand. A great place for multiple families. Even had a game of backyard cricket between bursts of rain. A great place for a base to visit local vineyards ."

"Property is tastefully and thoughtfully equipped. Within easy driving distance of Moutere pub and various wineries. And of course, Mapua and Motueka. We had a most enjoyable several nights' stay. Thanks to Colleen."

"Couldn’t be a more beautiful and peaceful location. This is a true Kiwi bach. Basic and comfortable. Would be helpful when arriving for the first time to have some more details about the location. "We all absolutely loved our stay at the bowling club. Fantastic facilities. Everything we needed and more. Awesome swimming spot across the road at the river. Lovely visits from rosie and spud the dogs which made our trip complete. We will definitely be back and will stay for a few more days!"

"This as a perfect place to enjoy the company of friends. It’s well set up for those who love to cook and share time with friends and family. Wonderful views and great for doing day walks in the Abel Tasman area."

"Stunning location. Had everything we needed. Simple yet comfortable. Away from the main centre of Kaiteriteri and only 2minute walk to beach. Loved it. "

What would have made it 5 star would have been if the grass was cut and tidied with removal or replacement of the hexagonal table and the blue sofa has stains which is unpleasant to see.But overall we had a lovely stay"

"We enjoyed hiking down the trail to Kaiteriteri each day, taking in the gorgeous views and bird calls. If it’s really hot, know that there is not AC and the windows don’t have screens on them to keep bugs out at dusk. At other times of day, we were able to open the windows and let cool air in. We enjoyed the kitchen that enabled us to cook some of our own food."

"Terrific stay. As the accurate listing shows, the view, deck, spa, and water access are such a treat. And the kayaks and paddle board are a great addition. The inside is also lovely, and has virtually everything you’d want. I’ve never stayed at a vacation home that was this well kitted out. Stay here if you get the chance!"
