"For the price paid (OK, it was a Black Friday deal with 30% off but anyway) it was a perfect price/quality ratio. The hotel is little older (it can be seen on the elevator, the bathroom and the toilet, for example), but the room we had was refurbished and more than adequate the price we paid. Quite small, but still OK, very silent (oriented to the backyards). The bathroom was older, but functional and the toilet sometimes smelled a little but had the perfect Japanese style toilet bowl, heated, with two water sprays etc.). There is a free shuttle every hour to/from Narita Airport. The hotel is within walking distance (15 minutes) to the center of Narita town with both railway stations for easy access to Tokyo. Also a shopping center is 5 minutes walking time, with several restaurants of all price ranges within 15 mnutes walk. All in all, we were very satisfied for this very cheap and adequate deal."

"Great for a layover, lovely hotel, big rooms. Take the free shuttle to Narita town and see the temple and great little shops. Dinner buffet was lovely. "

"The staff was very friendly and the accommodations were clean. The breakfast was very well done. The only less than satisfying aspect of my stay was that the only restaurant available was away from the hotel, requiring a walk in unfamiliar territory and a lengthy wait while tired and hungry.🙂"

"Shuttle to and from the Disney parks. Short walk to family mart & 7-11. Lots of amenities provided and a small convenience store opened up at the hotels lobby. Would definitely book at Ibis again. "
